We offer standard and express shipping via specialized couriers. Please note that all deliveries require an adult signature and valid age verification upon arrival to comply with local regulations.
How do you ensure the freshness of cigars and tobacco?
All our premium cigars are stored in climate-controlled humidors. For shipping, we use airtight packaging and, where necessary, include Boveda humidity packs to ensure your products arrive in peak condition.
Can I return tobacco products if I change my mind?
Due to health and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on opened tobacco products, cigars, or pipes that have been used. Unopened accessories may be returned within 14 days of receipt.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to many countries; however, it is the customer's responsibility to be aware of their local customs laws and to pay any applicable import duties or tobacco taxes.
