Please note that for health and safety reasons, tobacco products and consumables can only be returned if they are faulty or damaged.

Email our customer service team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Package Your Item
Securely pack the items in their original box and clearly write your RMA number on the outside of the package to ensure faster processing.
Ship and Track
Send the package back to our warehouse using a tracked shipping method; once received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 business days.
